Who we are
Architecture Ink is a monthly publication and accepts both original and reprinted material. If the material is not original, we ask that you list the
source(s) of the original printing [we don't want to get in any trouble for copyright infringement]. Even if it has been displayed on your own Web page, we consider this published.
Architecture Ink is distributed on the web only. The magazine, including this page, can be found on the World Wide Web at the URL:

What we want
Architecture Ink is a magazine for investigations into the human metaphysic [life] and its impact on society [culture]. Investigations can manifest themselves through many media, and we encourage your creativity. We accept up twelve works each issue, and welcome multiple works from individual authors.
Please look around the site before submitting. If you think your work is a good fit with our agenda, it probably is. If you're note sure, check our mission statement or send email and ask; we would be happy to give you some feedback.
Submission Review
As creative entrepreneurs, we understand the frustration of waiting for months and months for an editor's reply. Our goal is to reply within two weeks; if you are submitting more than one document at a time, please allow for a two week review for each document [if your work really makes our mouths water we have, and will, expedite this process].
Payment / Compensation
Currently we are not paying professional rates. We are here for the sheer enjoyment of it. At such a time that this site gets a financial sponsor and the editors receive payment for their time and efforts [beyond the cost associated with domain registration and site hosting] we will gladly pass on some financial incentive to our contributors. Until then, we offer our gratitude our support, and our highly trafficked web site [and its intellectually ravenous viewers] for your efforts to publish your work.
Copyright
Regarding Copyright issues, the Copyright is in the Author's [your] name. The fact that we are putting your work in the "public domain", does not weaken your rights to your work. In sending your work to Architecture Ink, you give us permission: to publish this work in an upcoming issue, to archive your work for viewing in a "Past Issues" section, and to republish your work in future issues [digital, print, or otherwise] at our discretion. If we republish your work after its original posting, we will inform you by email prior to this posting.

*Please note: if you are submitting digital photos or other graphic media, please email us first to discuss the best file format and resolution. Typically, we have been using an image size of 600x495 @ 72dpi; but it's your work, so let us know what you need.
